Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to MemberConsole websites and platform interfaces, including account, authentication, checkout, order lookup, receipt, subscription, customer, and merchant-integration surfaces. By using MemberConsole, you agree to use the service lawfully, follow the rules that apply to your access, and provide accurate information when the service requests it.
A separate written merchant agreement may apply to a participating business integration. Where that agreement expressly conflicts with these general website terms, the written merchant agreement controls for that business relationship.
Accounts and authentication
You are responsible for protecting your MemberConsole credentials, email account, authentication links, merchant secrets, and other access methods. Do not share a magic link, password, session token, API credential, or webhook secret with anyone who is not authorized to use it.
Account and order access depend on verified identity or another secure access method supported by MemberConsole. Entering an email address or order reference does not by itself grant access to private records.
Merchant relationships
MemberConsole provides connected account and commerce infrastructure for participating businesses. Unless an order clearly states otherwise, the merchant you purchased from remains the seller or service provider responsible for its product or service, product description, fulfillment, delivery promises, warranty, return policy, cancellation rules, merchant-specific refund eligibility, merchant taxes, and customer support obligations.
The merchant's own purchase terms, privacy policy, refund policy, subscription terms, warranty terms, or other commercial rules may apply in addition to these platform terms.
Checkout and commerce records
MemberConsole may create, maintain, or display canonical records for checkout sessions, orders, payments, refunds, receipts, subscriptions, shipments, and fulfillment events. Trusted server-resolved state, not a browser-displayed assumption, determines the MemberConsole commerce record. A success page, redirect, screenshot, or client-side message alone should not be treated as authoritative proof that payment completed.
Order totals, currencies, merchant ownership, and other commercial values may be resolved and frozen by trusted backend logic so they cannot be replaced by arbitrary browser-submitted values.
Payments, refunds, and subscriptions
Payment processing may involve connected payment infrastructure and financial institutions outside MemberConsole. A merchant remains responsible for merchant-specific refund, return, cancellation, and subscription rules unless the order expressly states otherwise. MemberConsole may surface payment and refund state when that state is connected to the canonical order.
Signing out, clearing browser data, or deleting a local session does not by itself cancel a merchant subscription or reverse a payment. Plan changes, cancellations, returns, or merchant refund requests should use the controls or support path provided for the relevant merchant relationship.
Merchant integrations
Merchants must keep secret credentials in trusted server environments, operate only within their authorized merchant scope, verify signed events before processing them, and build retry-safe integrations. Merchant identity must not be treated as authorized merely because a browser supplies a merchant identifier.
Operational systems may store the information they need for fulfillment, CRM, ERP, support, finance, or analytics, but participating integrations should reconcile material commerce state to the canonical MemberConsole order and payment records rather than using an independently copied row as the sole authority.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another person's account or another merchant's records; bypass authorization controls; enumerate private resources; submit falsified commerce events; interfere with checkout, authentication, or event delivery; introduce malicious code; use stolen credentials; intentionally degrade service; scrape private customer information; or use MemberConsole for unlawful activity.
Security research should stop before it causes harm, exposes unrelated customer data, or disrupts service. Suspected vulnerabilities should be reported through the security contact rather than exploited or publicly disclosed in a way that increases risk to users.
Content and intellectual property
MemberConsole and its platform interfaces, documentation, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of MemberConsole technology or branding to a user or merchant. Participating merchants retain responsibility for the content, trademarks, product information, and materials they supply through their own storefronts or integrations.
Availability and changes
MemberConsole may update, secure, maintain, modify, or discontinue features as the platform evolves. The service is designed for reliable commerce and account workflows, but particular interfaces may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, network failures, security work, or other operational events.
Merchant integrations should use documented retry, idempotency, reconciliation, and event-verification patterns rather than assuming every network request or delivery succeeds exactly once.
Responsibility and platform limits
MemberConsole is responsible for the platform surfaces it operates. Merchants remain responsible for their own storefronts, products, services, fulfillment, warranties, customer promises, policies, and business operations. Users remain responsible for protecting credentials and using the service in accordance with these terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MemberConsole is not responsible for losses caused solely by a merchant's product or service, misuse of credentials, or systems outside MemberConsole's reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, obligations, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect customers, merchants, accounts, platform integrity, or legal compliance, including suspected credential compromise, abusive activity, attempted unauthorized access, or material violation of these terms.
You may stop using MemberConsole at any time. Transaction, audit, security, support, and other records may remain when retention is reasonably required for commerce history, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or platform integrity.
General terms
If a provision of these terms cannot be enforced as written, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive it. MemberConsole may update these terms as the service changes, with the current effective date shown at the top of this page.
