Use the connected email
Sign in with the same email identity connected to your purchases. If you used different addresses with different merchants, some purchases may remain associated with those separate verified identities.
Magic links
Magic links are short-lived access links sent to your email address. Open the newest link and do not forward it to another person.
Email not arriving
Confirm the spelling, check filtered or junk folders, wait briefly for mail delivery, then request a fresh link. Older links may stop working after a newer request.
Still locked out
Contact support@memberconsole.com from the email address associated with the account and describe the sign-in problem without sending passwords or payment credentials.
