Verified identity
Eligible purchases can be associated with a verified MemberConsole customer identity when the purchase and account share the required verified customer information.
Merchant boundaries remain intact
Connecting purchases for the customer does not give one merchant access to another merchant's orders. Merchant authorization remains scoped to the responsible business.
A purchase is missing
Use Find an order with the original purchase email or sign in with that email identity. If the order still does not appear, contact MemberConsole support with the order reference and merchant name.
