Platform record
When a refund is recorded through connected commerce infrastructure, MemberConsole can associate that refund state with the related canonical order and payment.
Processing time
After a refund is completed by the payment path, the time for funds to appear can still depend on the payment provider, card network, bank, or other financial institution.
Partial refunds
An order can contain more than one refund or a partial refund. Review the refund amount and status rather than assuming the entire original order total was returned.
