Subscription record
A connected subscription can show its merchant, status, related order records, billing history, and other commerce state when those records are available to your account.
Plan changes and cancellation
Use the merchant controls shown for the subscription or contact that merchant when a plan change, cancellation, entitlement, or service question depends on its commercial terms.
Account access is separate
Signing out of MemberConsole, deleting a browser session, or changing an account setting does not by itself cancel a merchant subscription.
