Data access, records, and retention

Understand why commerce and security records may be retained and where privacy requests should be sent.

Commerce history

Order, payment, refund, receipt, fulfillment, audit, and security records may need to remain available for transaction history, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, service integrity, or legal obligations.

Different record types

Retention can differ by record type and merchant relationship. Removing an account-facing profile does not necessarily erase records that must remain as part of a legitimate commerce or security history.

Privacy requests

Use privacy@memberconsole.com for questions about MemberConsole privacy practices or applicable privacy choices. Merchant-specific requests may also need to be directed to the merchant that controls its own business records.
