What you need
Use the order number shown in the merchant confirmation or receipt together with the email address used for the purchase.
How verification works
MemberConsole checks the order and email combination on the server. The lookup experience is designed not to reveal order existence or customer information before ownership is verified.
After verification
Open the secure access link delivered to the verified email address. From there you can review the connected order, merchant identity, payment state, receipt information, and available fulfillment updates.
If you cannot find the order number
Check the original merchant receipt or confirmation message. For product-specific questions, contact the merchant that sold the product or service.
