Payment and order state are separate
A successful payment does not always mean fulfillment is complete. MemberConsole keeps payment, order, refund, and fulfillment state as related but distinct records.
Processing and fulfillment
Processing generally means the merchant or connected fulfillment system still has work to complete. Fulfilled, shipped, and delivered states appear when those updates are available to the canonical order.
Cancelled and refunded
Cancellation describes the order or fulfillment decision. Refund status describes money movement. A cancelled order may therefore show a refund separately until that refund completes.
